Chlorella

Chlorella is a water-grown algae containing a nucleus and an enormous amount of readily available chlorophyll. Chlorophyll is the pigment responsible for collecting energy from sunlight and turning plants green. Chlorella also contains protein, carbohydrates, all of the B vitamins, vitamins C and E, amino acids and rare trace minerals. It contains more vitamin B12 than liver does. Chlorella has also been shown to support the cleansing of the bloodstream and to protect against the effects of ultraviolet radiation.
